Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship to most international destinations.
How much is shipping / postage & packing?
Shipping is calculated based on weight. You will see the shipping charge when you add the item(s) to the cart. If we can send an item as a smaller parcel and/or at a cheaper rate, the excess will be refunded through PayPal. We do not charge for packaging.
When will my item be dispatched?
Most items will be dispatched within 1-2 days but during busy periods it may be longer. You will be notified if there is a delay in dispatching your order. Please note that there is no shipping at weekends or on Bank Holidays. If due to unforseen circumstances there is a delay in shipping orders there will be a notice on the home page of the shop indicating the shipping times/delays.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
We will contact you to let you know when your item has been dispatched if you have provided a valid e-mail address. Royal Mail requires us to wait 15 working days from due delivery date for an item sent within the UK, or 25 days for an item sent overseas (20 days for Europe) before they will consider an item lost.
Please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to make sure they are not holding any items for you then email us if you have not received your item after this time.
How do I pay for my items?
All payments will be processed using PayPal Checkout or secure Credit/Debit Card facility. You may either use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card. All major credit cards accepted.
How can I be sure shopping online with you is safe?
All payment details are processed through PayPal or secure Credit/Debit Card faclity. No credit card details are stored on our systems.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
All packages sent by standard Royal Mail First Class post will be packaged in letterbox sized packaging where possible. If you have chosen a tracked postal service please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collect your order.
If I have a complaint what should I do?
Please contact us in the first instance and we will be happy to to try to resolve your issue. If the issue can not be resolved you can go through the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) ODR
