Road Repair Diorama with flashing LEDs - Customer Spotlight

Here is a brilliant video from Gary Hall lighting a road repair diorama. It uses both flashing LEDs and a flasher chip to produce two different flashing effects and has standard LEDs for the other lights. Thanks Gary!
