To add to your LEDs simply solder on a wire to each connector or use spade connectors, with the negative wire to the battery connector or power supply negative and the positive wire to the negative of your LEDs. The positive of the LEDs goes to the positive of the battery connector or power supply.
The inner pin is negative/ground. Outer pin is positive.
