Customer Gallery - Anthony Bliss Lego Star Wars Diorama

Anthony contacted me about a bespoke Lego Star Wars build he was making.  It was a small diorama to fit into his TV cabinet and he wanted to add lighting to bring it all to life.  
As you can see it's a Rebel Hanger Bay with an X-Wing being maintained by the crew.  If you look closely you should be able to spot R2D2 too....

He designed the kit himself using Lego Designer (now obsolete but you can use Bricklink Studio) and it slots into an Ikea TV cabinet.

Lighting can be slightly trickier in Lego as you need to route the wires carefully between the bricks but it can really add to the ambiance and bring the model to life.  
Transparent blocks are needed for adding lighting and Anthony used blue transparent round blocks that were 7mm dia to put the 3528 chip LEDs into.  There is a LED strip to light up the back corridor.
